We are seeking an experienced Pizza Cook / Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with experience making pizzas from scratch in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand.
- Make and maintain fresh pizza dough according to recipe and schedule.
- Prepare pizzas with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
- Operate and manage a wood-fired pizza oven.
- Assist on the line during service as needed.
- Prep ingredients and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards during busy service periods.
- Assist with inventory rotation and minimizing food waste.
- Work as part of a professional kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Previous pizza cook experience required.
- Must know how to make fresh pizza dough from scratch.
- Line cook experience required.
- Wood-fired oven experience preferred.
- Fine dining experience is a plus.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
