Overview:
Our company is currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated Office Assistant to assist with general office tasks in our San Antonio Office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
- Full-Time Position (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- $16.00 per hour
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer the front door and direct visitors appropriately
- Receive, sort, distribute, and assist with outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and general office tasks
- Order office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide light assistance to the marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist with coordinating property signage orders and drone footage services
- Assist with marketing brochure updates
- Serve as a backup for answering phones and directing calls as needed
- Support team members with additional office-related tasks as assigned
- All other functions listed or not listed involved with office-related assistance
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred but not required
- Experience with WordPress preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
· This position primarily consists of working indoors in an office environment. Essential functions: The employee may be required to: sit, walk, or stand for extended periods, talk and hear with the ability to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information, to use the hands and fingers to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, or position, and see to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
