Passion Home Health Services is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Associate to help expand our presence throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
This is more than an internship, it's a career opportunity. You'll work directly with executive leadership to increase brand awareness, build strategic partnerships, pursue government contracts, improve business operations, and help drive company growth.

What You'll Do
- Develop new referral sources and community partnerships
- Build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and local organizations
- Represent Passion Home Health Services at networking events and community outreach programs
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, and brand awareness initiatives
- Research and support local, state, and federal government contract opportunities
- Assist with proposal development and vendor registrations
- Help streamline business processes and implement new systems
- Support CRM management and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, marketing, healthcare, sales, community outreach, or relationship management preferred
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media, and CRM platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reliable transportation for local meetings and events
Career Growth
Based on performance, the position is expected to transition into a full-time role after 90 days.
