Absolute POS is seeking individuals with a desire to blend their restaurant management experience and technical know how together. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience using restaurant POS systems (like Toast or Square POS) as restaurant managers.
The implementation technician position is a hybrid role. Employees work a mixture of onsite and remote Service Appointments to support restaurants with their Point of Sale system. Remote work is assigned as the priority with onsite opportunity. The majority of these Service Appointments are installations, trainings and go-live support for restaurants.
At APOS, we strive to deliver elevated technical support with an emphasis on customer service, all whilst focusing on the development of our employees and providing them a work/life balance that is difficult to find in the restaurant industry. We strive to create employment that lasts, which is evident in our voluntary retention rate. This is a full-time position as a w2 employee, not a contracted 1099 position.
Hired candidates receive extensive training prior to taking solo Service Appointments, so that all new employees are set up for success. APOS provides continued training/development and support for the entirety of your employment, so you'll always feel like you are supported by a team that has your back. We offer excellent benefits that are available immediately upon starting with APOS.
