Position Overview:
FIMCO Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Knock-Out Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for removing parts from laser-cut metal sheets using a rubber mallet, accurately counting and sorting materials, and supporting production operations with flexibility and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Use a Rubber Mallet to knock out metal parts from laser-cut sheets without damaging components.

Accurately count, sort, and organize parts according to job specifications.

Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Stand for extended periods during shift hours.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.

Assist in other departments or tasks as assigned based on production needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and cross-train in other departments.

Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
