About the Role
We're hiring a part-time Sales & Marketing Representative to help introduce Target Ball to new customers. This is a work-from-home position with a flexible schedule, perfect for a college student, retiree, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work with real earning potential.
You'll reach out to potential customers such as parks and recreation departments, schools, summer camps, resorts, churches, and event planners, share what makes Target Ball special, and help close sales. Every sale you make earns you commission on top of your hourly pay.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone and email (schools, camps, parks & rec departments, churches, event planners, and more)
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads
- Explain our products, answer questions, and guide customers toward the right game set for their needs
- Track your outreach and results in a simple system
- Help grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with posts, photos, and short videos
- Assist with marketing efforts like email campaigns, local event promotion, and online listings
- Share feedback from customers to help us improve our products and messaging
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality. You enjoy talking to people
- Comfortable making phone calls and writing professional emails
- Self-motivated and reliable. You can manage your own schedule
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube) is a big plus
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person
