Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional body work. Join a great team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists in a integrated practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60 , 90, or 120 min massages in a variety of techniques for a healthy and active local patient base.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy to heal, fix pain, and live a more active lifestyle.
- Recommend packages and membership to boost client retention.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio environment, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Use booking software and clinical to manage appointments and document the sessions.
Qualifications
Required:
- General knowledge of anatomy, muscle names, and actions.
- Active massage license
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Preferred:
- 1 year experience in equivalent setting.
- Experience with booking software (e.g., Booker, Mindbody) and client management systems.
- Background in sales or upselling (e.g., promoting memberships or wellness packages).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform deep tissue for multiple sessions daily
- Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting/moving light equipment
