Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
