Sales & Customer Service Associate (Self Storage)
Arco’s Storage – Pioneer, CA
**$20/hour + monthly bonus**
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by sales, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-run property.
You will be responsible for helping customers find the right storage solution, following up on leads, and ensuring the property is consistently maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers choose the right storage solution for their needs
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into rentals
- Follow up with leads to drive rentals and occupancy
- Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service
- Maintain a clean, secure, and professional property
- Walk the property regularly to ensure everything is in good condition
- Process rentals, payments, and account updates
- Assist customers with move-ins and move-outs
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a great job and can work independently.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- A sales mindset (comfortable recommending solutions and closing rentals)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Reliability and consistency
- The ability to take initiative without being asked
Required Experience
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
Experience in retail, hospitality, property management, or self-storage is a plus.
Schedule
- Consistent schedule
- Weekend availability required
Compensation
- Starting at $20/ hour
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
- Many team members earn an additional $300–$600 per month
