What We're Looking For:
We’re urgently hiring a dependable, motivated Budtender who is excited to deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting the daily operations of the store. You’ll be a key part of our team, helping maintain a high standard of service, communication, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 21+ with a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Flexible availability: Must be able to work weekends, holidays (including 4/20 & Black Friday)
- 3 x 12hr shifts/week (for a total of 36hrs per week with the opportunity to work additional hours).
- Excellent attendance and reliability — we’re a small team that depends on each other
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a team-first attitude
- Professional, clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Comfortable receiving and giving direction — we value both leadership and coachability
- Cannabis retail experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and stellar customer service
- Operate the POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately
- Stock and organize inventory, ensuring shelves are full and neat
- Follow OLCC compliance and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and support daily operations
