Position: Concrete Sales Representative (5 open positions)
Location: South Florida (Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties)

Position Overview:
We are looking for sales professionals who thrives on building strong relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be well-respected in the construction industry and experienced in selling concrete or related building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell ready-mix concrete and concrete block to contractors, builders, and construction companies
- Identify prospective customers and upcoming construction projects
- Establish new customer accounts and secure project opportunities in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with internal departments including customer service, accounting, and operations
- Assist with revenue collection when necessary
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concrete Account Executive or Sales Representative in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company safety standards
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to attend onsite meetings at the Miami office when required
