Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our expanding clinic. In this role, you will join a group of counselors and therapists with unique interests and specialties to help serve the diverse population of Dane County and surrounding areas. Our goals is to create a collaborative work environment where you feel supported by the whole team of counselors and therapists while working with your own clients. You will be responsible for utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in their mental health needs and goals while completing required documentation. We encourage all our counselors to build and develop additional services based on their unique interests, populations served and specialties. This can include but is not limited to specialized services, groups, community events, and trainings.
We are filling a part time position with an emphasis on evenings and weekend availability.

Duties
- Completing Initial Intake and assessments with clients
- Provide clinical counseling services, including individual therapy, child counseling, and family therapy sessions.
- Weekly Supervision Meeting (1 Hour)
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as LPC or LMFT or LCSW
- Strong skills in clinical counseling techniques.
- Experience with therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines within the profession.
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
