Dayton Outpatient Center is in search of a qualified general maintenance technician. Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and/or repair general Drywall Paint, Electrical, Plumbing HVAC issues in commercial and residential settings
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment
- Use of basic hand and power tools (not provided)
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Company vehicles available during work hours
Experience:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or construction trades
- Experience in automotive maintenance and lawn/landscaping helpful
- Knowledge of different maintenance techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
