We are expanding into a hybrid practice that combines membership‑based care, insurance‑billing, and cash‑pay wellness services, including peptides, hormones, IV therapy, and aesthetics.
The Role
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an entrepreneurial mindset who is passionate about helping people get truly well. In this role, you will work closely with a functional medicine NP and collaborate with a general surgeon who performs bariatric surgery, supporting a broad patient population across metabolic, post‑surgical, and wellness care.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with a functional medicine NP to provide integrative, patient‑centered care.
- Collaborate with a general surgeon on the bariatric surgery service line, including pre‑ and post‑operative care and long‑term wellness support.
- Perform Botox injections and selected aesthetic treatments.
- Perform blood draws and related clinical procedures.
- Support peptide‑based and functional medicine protocols.
- Help build and refine our emerging membership and insurance‑based model, contributing clinical and operational ideas.
Ideal Candidate
- Current, active NP or PA licensure in Tennessee (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and shape a modern wellness practice.
- Strong interest or experience in peptides, functional/integrative medicine, and wellness.
- Comfort with primary care and a desire to help patients optimize long‑term health.
- Experience in or openness to aesthetic medicine (Botox, skin health, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a small, fast‑moving clinic.
