Dietitian
The Dietitian reports to the Director of Nutritional Services and provides coverage in her absence. This role plans and implements physician‑ordered modified diets, completes nutrition assessments, and provides patient and family education on healthy lifestyle practices. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans and monitors nutrition‑related performance improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition from an accredited college or university

Minimum three (3) years of dietary experience in a healthcare setting

Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Licensed/registered with the Department of Health, per state requirements
Per Diem / As Needed
