Super Truck Center, located in Genoa City, WI, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter – Salesperson to join our growing team. This is a multi-faceted position responsible for assisting both internal fleet mechanics (Rock Solid and Super Agg) and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing parts. The Parts Counter – Salesperson identifies parts using internet resources, digital catalogs, and industry knowledge. This role manages inventory, processes orders, and supports our busy service department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong willingness to learn.

Compensation:
$56,000 - $62,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties

Assist the internal fleet mechanics of Rock Solid and Super Agg with all their parts needs

Answer phones promptly and courteously
-
Assist walk-in customers with their needs
-
Receive daily orders and notify customers of part arrivals

Assist with housekeeping of parts department inventory

Actively manage the return of cores and warranty parts

Assist in maintaining stock levels, receiving, and invoicing

Alert the parts manager of the inventory parts that are low in quantity

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Previous experience in a parts store
-
Heavy-duty truck preferred but not required

Willingness to learn the truck parts industry

High School Diploma/GED

Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook

Mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand and be on your feet for most of the day; occasionally required to sit

Required to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Must be accustomed to multiple interruptions throughout the day due to dual role and location of desk/phones
