Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Object Based Intelligence (OBI) and Analytics is responsible for leading a team in the collection, analysis, and synthesization of intelligence from various sources to provide actionable insights and reports. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Lead all source intelligence analysis on a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate analysts/ technical resources, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Lead a team focused on providing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) expertise and support to the customer.
- Engage with the customer and team to develop detailed project plans, guidance, and oversee their implementation.
- Manage data collection and analysis from multiple and complex information/ data sources.
- Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and briefings that facilitate quality decision making.
- Drive a culture of continual collaboration between analysts, data system users and stakeholders to continually enhance data quality and intelligence assessments.
- Monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities, providing timely analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements.
- Produce tailored intelligence products and services, including threat studies and operational assessments with recommendations for improvement.
- Advise analysts, customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of current events, geographical factors and emerging threats to inform analysis, reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to customers and senior leadership on status, performance, risk mitigation, opportunities and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver the required contract reports/ deliverables.
- Foster collaborative and high-performing team environments, ensuring effective communication and coordination across roles and stakeholders, to include all relevant levels of customer engagement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Hire qualified personnel, assign staff, and provide technical direction as necessary to successfully complete milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data integration solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and interoperability of OBI workflows and outputs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and visualization processes.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and outcomes.
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
