Position Overview: The Director of Nursing provides clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and personcentered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values.
This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being visible, engaged, and influential, while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services

Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards

Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives

Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff

Foster a positive, accountable, and residentfocused culture

Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families

Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for highquality resident care

Required Attributes:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)

Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or longterm care
