- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular inspections and staff training.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Coordinate catering events and in house party services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery.
- Monitor kitchen workflow during shifts, managing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation at all times.
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fast casual dining, catering, or restaurant management.
- Proven supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams with strong leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of food production processes, food safety protocols, and dietary accommodations.
- Skilled in inventory control, food handling, and food service management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management within the food industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and other departments; experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
