Job Summary
Join our Elite team in this dual role as a Tumbling & Parkour Coach / Sales & Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone who can move fast, keep up, and make things happen while inspiring confidence and athleticism in elementary age students and assist with the front desk this multifaceted role. You will combine your passion for physical education with administrative excellence to create a vibrant, safe, and motivating environment. Your energetic approach will help foster growth in our students while supporting the daily operations of our facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop coaching skills and enhance customer service with our mission-driven team. You will serve as the main point of contact for parents and support business projects that support the owner directly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct tumbling & parkour classes, and other physical activities for children ages 2-13
- Develop tailored lesson plans that promote skill progression, safety, and fun in a supportive environment
- Manage student behavior through effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Assist with the promotion of classes and programs through friendly engagement with prospective clients and existing members
- Handle administrative tasks including class scheduling, registration processing, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress
- Answer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally, providing information about programs and memberships
- Support facility upkeep by ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained for optimal safety and performance
- Handle phone calls, emails, follow-ups and facility tours
- Process membership enrollments, account updates, and process equipment sales.
- Support the owner / director in projects to keep the business growing
Skills
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education to children or adolescents
- Background in gymnastics, martial arts , parkour or cheerleading is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate students and connect with parents or guardians
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct during classes
- Familiarity with working in health clubs or gyms is beneficial for understanding fitness environments
- Ability to multitask effectively between coaching responsibilities and administrative duties while maintaining high energy levels
- Organized, detail oriented and reliable
- Warm and professional in a setting with kids and parents
- Background in marketing, customer service, or administration a plus
- Familiar with CRM software, Canva, AI prompts a huge plus
- Available Monday - Friday and some Saturdays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
