What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up on leads.
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Life & Health License (Preferred)
- Previous State Farm sales experience is a strong plus.
- Sales-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning agency management software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
