Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, sauces, toppings, and cheeses with precision and care.
- Use professional knife skills to slice ingredients efficiently and safely.
- Cook pizzas to perfection using our brick oven , ensuring optimal texture and flavor.
- Maintain strict food safety standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Assist in various food preparation duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pizza preparation in a high volume restaurant environment is required.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to produce consistent results
