## About the Role
World Class Manufacturing is hiring CNC Machine Operators at all experience levels. Whether you're new to machining or a seasoned operator who can edit G&M code, we have a spot for you. You'll set up and operate CNC machine tools to produce precision parts, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop math, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
We're an ISO 9001 certified precision machine shop. We hire for grit and train for skill. Level I operators work under the direct guidance of a trainer or team leader, and we promote from within: Level I to Level II to Level III, with compensation to match.

- Perform all required quality checks
- Work under general supervision
**Level III (Advanced):**
- Run most jobs on the shop floor with flexibility across machines
- Perform changeovers of similar jobs within a cell

- Identify when tool/work offsets are required and make them independently
- Perform rework operations when needed
## Qualifications
