We are looking for an Assistant Teacher to join our team and provide quality services to children in the classroom. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping children learn, and an ability to think on their feet. Must have at least a Pre-K CDA or be working towards their Asociate's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or equivalent coursework.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and carrying out lesson plans.
- Care for children of differing ages, socio-economic statuses and abilities.
- Have a team-based approach for providing a high-quality educational setting.
- Provide support to students in the classroom.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Set-up the classroom and keep it organized.
