Field Service Representative Job Description

We are looking for a world-class Field Service Technician who is eager to grow and willing to learn!

TERRITORY/LOCATION INFORMATION:
- Operate out of the Brooklyn, NY Warehouse
- Service Customers in a 50 mile radius from Brooklyn, NY
- Routes may be adjusted for efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the company van to customer locations on the agreed-upon schedule Monday-Friday, excluding PTO and Holidays.
- Provide customer support during field visits and utilize a consultative sales approach.
- Install and restock first aid kits and emergency equipment at customer locations.
- Tools provided by Redicare.
- Maintain kits according to the OSHA/ANSI Z308.1 standards - ensure that the correct quantities of medical supplies are available and within the use-by date.
- Enter job work orders using a company-provided phone.
- Upload all expense receipts to our expense platform.
- Log all customer-specific information into the system (Product expiration dates, hours of operation, etc.)
- Maintain sufficient inventory on the service van and in your storage unit. You will have a storage unit assigned specifically to you, that will be nearby your starting location.
- Inventory restocks will be system-generated and picked by the warehouse. The inventory orders will be delivered directly into your storage unit. It is your responsibility to check-in the order, report discrepancies, and organize the stock on the shelves.
- Assist with bringing the vehicle in for maintenance and cleaning to maintain a safe and professional working environment and image.
- Perform other tasks or duties as requested by management

- Complete all assigned routes while providing top quality service to all customers
- Wearing company-provided uniform
- Meeting or exceeding daily/monthly KPIs
- All work areas are kept clean & organized
- All customer equipment is serviced on the agreed-upon schedule and maintained according to OSHA / ANSI Z308.1 standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to test and service equipment
- Fluent English literacy
- Ability to adapt to daily work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, reach, and walk all-day
- Safety minded with a positive attitude
- A valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- First Aid Certification (Preferred - not mandatory)
