MQT Nutrition is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help strengthen our storefront operations, team development, customer experience, and overall culture.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for leading our storefront team, maintaining high operational standards, developing employees, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing the storefront team
- Employee onboarding, training, and coaching
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Ensuring operational consistency and accountability
- Supporting hiring and team development
- Product knowledge training and customer education
- Overseeing food safety, cleanliness, and health code compliance
- Improving systems, workflows, and daily execution
- Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading teams in food service, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or customer service environments
- Passion for health, fitness, nutrition, supplements, and helping people
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable coaching employees and holding team members accountable
- Knowledge of food safety and retail food operations preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What Success Looks Like
The Storefront Operations Manager is the standard-setter for the storefront team.
This person leads by example, delivers exceptional customer service, develops employees, maintains operational excellence, and helps build a positive, accountable, high-performing culture.
This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the floor, interacting with customers, coaching employees, solving problems, and helping the team succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience
