Job Summary
Tranquil Properties is seeking an experienced carpenter who knows how to deliver high-quality work and keep projects moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle framing, structural repairs, trim, drywall repairs, and general carpentry across residential renovation projects. You’ll be expected to read plans, problem-solve on site, and complete work with accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency. Strong communication with homeowners and the team is a must.
Duties
- Lead structural framing tasks and finish-carpentry work (walls, floors, roofs, decks, trim, cabinetry) in residential renovation settings.
- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints, ensuring accuracy in every cut and joint.
- Work closely with the Lead General Contractor and construction team to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with your teammates, subcontractors, and clients delivering the kind of friendly, clear service our brand is known for.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ strong residential carpentry/framing experience.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship, with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Solid skills in reading construction documents, measuring, cutting and assembling materials precisely.
- A team-first mindset: professional, punctual, reliable, and ready to engage positively with clients and teammates.
- Comfortable with physical demands: lifting, working on ladders/scaffolds, in varying conditions, and using required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, boots).
