We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispensary Store Lead to support daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily dispensary operations and store leadership
- Lead and supervise budtenders during shifts
- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
- Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and safe counts
- Coordinate and manage dispatching duties, including order flow, driver communication, and delivery scheduling
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of delivery orders prior to dispatch
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking, and cycle counts
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, customer service, compliance, and dispatch procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Address customer concerns and descalate issues when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous dispensary retail experience required
- Leadership or key-holder experience required
- Experience with dispatching, delivery coordination, or order management preferred
- Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance, POS systems, and retail operations
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
