Serve as the first point of contact for branch visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.

Manage office supplies, scheduling, and general office upkeep to support efficient daily operations.

Assist with document preparation, data entry, and both physical and digital filing.

Coordinate branch-level communications, including bulletins, safety meetings, and updates.

Support basic accounting functions by assisting with accounts payable/receivable processes, collecting invoices, and maintaining branch-level expense records.

Help with job costing by gathering field data on labor and materials for system entry.

Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, uniforms, and equipment distribution.

Assist with timecard collection and verification for hourly and seasonal employees.

Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize branch events.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and safety protocols at the branch level.

Provide scheduling and coordination support for crew dispatching and job site tracking.

Act as a liaison between branch field managers and shared services teams for IT, payroll, and benefits inquiries.

Assist with fleet and equipment tracking, including check-in/out logs and maintenance notifications.

Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations.

Associates degree or equivalent administrative experience; Bachelors degree preferred.

Basic understanding of accounting (accounts payable/receivable), payroll processes, and HR onboarding.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or job costing systems (Aspire preferred).
