Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in accordance with health regulations
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process retail sales efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations for products and services
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, to boost salon revenue and upselling techniques
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out processes, and supporting store management when needed
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry preferred
- Proficiency in salon software systems for appointment booking and client management
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and current styling trends
- Skilled in, hair styling
- Experience with retail sales strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
