Bulla Gastrobar is a high-volume, chef-driven Spanish restaurant known for bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and an energetic atmosphere. We are hiring Servers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver accurately
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and make recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized tables and sections
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly
- Work collaboratively with team members during service
Requirements
- 1+ year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
