Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Prepare and serve drinks under the supervision of the bartender, following standard recipes and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, counters, and equipment regularly
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from customer areas promptly to uphold a tidy environment
- Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assembling bar snacks when needed
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards across all duties in the food industry setting
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups as required, providing excellent customer service throughout
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in nightclub, banquet, catering, or hotel settings enhances your candidacy
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices
- Kitchen experience or barista background is beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude
