Placentino Elementary is hiring a Part-Time Paraprofessional to provide direct support to our PreK–2nd grade students. If you love working with kids are seeking a schedule with ideal morning hours, we’d love to welcome you to our team! Opening day for staff is Monday, August 24.
Paraprofessionals implement special education or related services for a class and/or provide direct assistance to students. Duties will vary depending upon the age of students and on the nature and severity of the student’s needs.
This position is 3 hours per day (7:40 am-10:40 am or 7:40 am-11:10 am).

Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $35. In addition to the national background check, a satisfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
