Pay Range – Depending on Qualifications: Starting from $20.66 to $25.43 per hour
Responsibilities: Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Edit inspection reports for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and completeness.
· Request and collect required contractor documentation, including Records of Completion, Letters of Compliance, and Contractor Material & Test Certificates.
· Distribute completed inspection reports to clients and contractors.
· Prepare final inspection reports once all required documentation has been received.
· Maintain and update the Inspection Log.
· Submit requests for inspection invoice processing to supervisors.
· Dispatch inspection reports from FastField to inspectors.
· Learn and utilize the FastField program to perform master edits and maintain report templates.
· Perform as-built checkups to verify documentation and project records.
· Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional assistance to clients and customers.
· Receive and process incoming plan review packages in accordance with municipal information sheet requirements.
· Provide backup support to other inspection staff members, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lift and handle large drawings weighing up to approximately 20 pounds.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
· Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Pay: $20.66 - $25.43 per hour
