Job Description:
Looking for an experienced carpenter or general contractor to close off a doorway opening and convert it into a permanent interior wall. This is a small, straightforward residential job — no major structural work involved.
Scope of Work:
- Frame new interior wall
- Install R-19 insulation for sound dampening (converting former kitchen/dining room opening)
- Air seal around wall edges
- Hang drywall on both sides
- Tape and mud seams
- Final cleanup
Requirements:
- Experience with framing, insulation, and drywall finishing
- Own tools and transportation
- Reliable must show up on scheduled date
Pay: $500.00 per day
