EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position focuses on entry level casework that supports families as they work toward improved social, emotional, and physical well being under close supervision.
As a Caseworker, you will perform the following duties:

Guided Interviews: Conduct interviews and gather social histories to understand family needs

Program Information: Explain agency programs and verify eligibility for services

Referral Coordination: Make referrals that connect families to supportive resources

Case Management: Organize case files and maintain clear, current records

Supportive Services: Assist families in planning steps to improve safety and well being

Court Participation: Attend hearings under supervision and prepare information for court when asked
Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.

On-call 24/7 on a rotating basis. Irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
