About the Role
We are seeking skilled Metal Fabrication Specialists to join our team, focusing on the precise assembly and alignment of industrial components. You will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of complex systems through expert blueprint interpretation and hands-on fabrication techniques.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex technical blueprints and schematics to guide the assembly of structural and piping systems.

Execute precise measurements and layout work to ensure components meet rigorous project specifications.

Operate essential fabrication machinery including grinders, torches, and industrial band saws to prepare materials.

Perform accurate fit-ups and tack welding to ready assemblies for final production.

Collaborate with welding teams to streamline workflows and improve overall project efficiency.

Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and organization to support continuous operations.

Troubleshoot fitment issues in real-time to prevent production delays and ensure high-quality output.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in structural or pipe fitting within an industrial or shop environment.

Strong proficiency in reading and applying technical blueprints and tape measurements.

Demonstrated ability to operate standard fabrication tools and welding support equipment.

Commitment to safety protocols and reliable attendance.

Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding setups.
