The Senior Practice Manager provides operational leadership and strategic oversight for one or more medical practices within the organization. This position will provide interim leadership and operational support across various clinical departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during leadership transitions. This position manages the centralized float pool team, volunteers, and oversees the clinical transport staff. In addition, this position leads or assists with clinical operations initiatives that enhance patient experience, workflow efficiency, and overall service excellence in alignment with UT Health's mission and values.
Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is required.
Experience: Healthcare experience, specifically in an outpatient environment, is highly preferred.
