Job Summary: We’re looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Miami office team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to launch your career in business development within the rapidly growing animal health industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up.
· Build and maintain relationships with veterinary practices and purchasing teams across assigned territories.
· Learn and communicate core product knowledge, directing customers to internal experts when needed.
· Maintain consistent outreach activity—including daily calls and timely responses to customer communications.
· Follow established sales processes to meet monthly activity and revenue goals.
· Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns and ensure all leads receive timely follow-up.
· Provide a courteous, professional, and “world‑class” experience to every customer.
· Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn while embracing coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Interest in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
· Previous sales or call‑center experience is a plus but not required.
· Passion for the animal health, medical, or pharmaceutical space is a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
