As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) within our esteemed multi-specialty clinic, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive family medicine and primary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Patient Evaluations: Perform thorough physical examinations, interpret health histories, and analyze health indicators to formulate a holistic understanding of patient health.
2. Personalized Care Planning: Devise tailored treatment strategies that address the specific needs and preferences of each patient.
3. Primary Care Delivery: Offer a broad spectrum of primary care services, encompassing preventive measures, health education, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Engage in proactive collaboration with physicians, dietitians, and other allied health professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care outcomes.
5. Patient Education:Empower patients by providing guidance on lifestyle adjustments, medication adherence, and strategies for disease prevention.
6. Ongoing Patient Monitoring: Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all relevant health and safety standards, ensuring strict adherence to patient privacy laws and informed consent protocols.
Qualifications:
- Advanced academic credentials, including a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing.
- A current, unrestricted APRN license, autonomous APRN license preferred.
- A current DEA License.
- Communication and interpersonal aptitude.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
