We serve contractors, builders, and industrial clients with high-quality products, dependable service, and industry expertise. We are growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team to represent Pasco and Hernando.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within Pasco and Hernando County. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to customer job sites, offices, and industrial locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new accounts within the construction and contractor market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct on-site visits to job sites and contractor offices
- Present and demonstrate tools and equipment products
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Efficient in using computer systems and software.
- Valid and clear driver’s license
