Requirements for the Behavior Technician Trainee position:
- Minimum to no experience in the field
- No felonies or misdemeanors
- Speak, read, and write English
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Provide Valid Right to Work Documents- (California Driver's License, and SSC, DACA, or Work Permit)
- Education Level less than 20 college credits
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Applicants for this position must meet the minimum age of 18 due to legal and/or operational requirements associated with this role
Schedule:
- 5 weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, at Hope Builders Santa Ana
What you will learn:
- Behavior Management strategies and how to observe a child's growth
- Begin a career working directly with children and families with special needs in schools, community-based organizations, and with ABA providers
- Develop a resume and prepare for interviews
- Training Designed for Job Placement Success, No prior experience needed!
