Senior EVS Sales Executive — Long-Term Care (Atlanta MSA / Gainesville, GA)
The Role
We are hiring a senior, hunter-profile sales executive to launch and own the Atlanta MSA and Gainesville territory. You will sell directly to SNF Administrators, Regional Directors of Operations, and Owner/Operators. This is a build role: you will not inherit a book. You will inherit a validated target list of ~47 in-house SNFs, a complete sales intelligence dossier, a survey success playbook, and a leadership team that has done the operational work to back every claim you make in the field.
What You'll Own
- Full territory development across Atlanta MSA and Gainesville, GA
- Direct outreach, discovery, proposal, and close on validated in-house SNF targets
- Pipeline ownership in CRM — accurate forecasting, weekly pipeline reviews
- Site walks, RFP responses, and pricing positioning against national contractors and in-house operations
- Partnership with operations leadership on transition/mobilization for new accounts
- Building referral relationships with adjacent vendors (medical laundry, infection prevention product reps, GPO contacts, healthcare brokers)
Required Experience
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare services, environmental services, or contract services sold into long-term care, post-acute, or acute-care facilities
- Demonstrable hunter track record — opened net-new accounts (not just farmed inherited books)
- Familiarity with CMS survey processes
- Comfortable selling against entrenched incumbents (Aramark, Sodexo, Compass/Crothall/Morrison, HHS, Healthcare Services Group) and in-house EVS departments
Strongly Preferred
- AHE (Association for the Health Care Environment) membership; CHEST or T-CHEST certification
- Existing Atlanta MSA / North Georgia SNF relationships (Administrators, Regional DOs, Owner/Operators)
- Working knowledge of SNF operating economics — PPD reimbursement context, Medicaid cost reports, administrator buying behavior
- Prior experience selling adjacent services into the same buyer (medical laundry, infection prevention products, dietary services, staffing, therapy contracts)
Territory & Travel
- Primary: Atlanta MSA (29-county metro) and Gainesville/Hall County
- Expected ~60–70% field time (site walks, in-person discovery, proposal delivery)
- Reports to: Vice President

Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
