Job Description:
- The following position is an 8-hour shift x 5 days a week.
- They must take call (on call), and every other weekend may be required.
Responsibilities:
Must Have:
- Operating Room RN Experience.
- Must have Ortho and ENT experience.
- EPIC EMR experience
Required License: RN License
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
