GroundLight is a growing contractor specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), plowing, utility outage emergency response, and hydrovac services. We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with underground utility installation and repair
Operate or support drilling, plowing, and hydrovac equipment
Respond to emergency outage situations as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical labor
Experience in utility construction is a plus (but willing to train the right candidate)
CDL preferred (but not required)
Willingness to travel and work overtime, including emergency call-outs
