Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Phone Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle incoming phone calls, text messages, and social media inquiries, collect and record customer information, and reach out to customers to schedule and confirm their appointments. You're a strong communicator who enjoys talking to people, stays on top of details, and keeps every conversation warm and professional across every channel.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with questions and requests
- Respond to customer messages across SMS and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others) in a timely and helpful manner
- Collect, verify, and accurately record customer information in our system
- Call customers to schedule, confirm, and remind them of upcoming appointments
- Follow up with customers to reduce no-shows and keep the appointment calendar full
- Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions
- Provide a positive, welcoming experience that encourages customers to visit and return
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and messages across multiple channels
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with scheduling software or a CRM is a plus
- Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to follow-up
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, phone sales, or appointment setting preferred
