✅ What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Test all systems before leaving the home
- Clearly explain repairs to customers
- Identify potential future issues
- Document system age and components accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years residential service experience (no installers/helpers)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Clean driving record
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
