About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as a vital problem-solver for homeowners, diagnosing and restoring functionality to essential household systems. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude and technical expertise to perform high-quality repairs, ensuring that every customer interaction results in a reliable and efficient home environment.
Responsibilities-
Travel to various residential locations to troubleshoot and repair major appliances, including refrigeration units, laundry equipment, and dishwashers.

Ensure optimal equipment performance by executing precise repairs and conducting thorough system diagnostics.

Enhance the customer experience by providing professional guidance on appliance maintenance and care.

Maintain an organized inventory of parts and ensure the company-provided service vehicle remains in peak operating condition.

Document service outcomes accurately using mobile technology to streamline repair processes and parts procurement.

Collaborate with team members to share technical insights and uphold high standards of workmanship across all service calls.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Current EPA Type I or Universal certification.

Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic testing tools.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and navigating tight spaces.
