Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative and highly respected medical team. This is a locum opportunity in Plano, Texas, offering a consistent weekday schedule in a modern clinical environment where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities.
You will provide anesthesia services for a diverse surgical caseload while working alongside a dedicated group of medical professionals in a team-oriented practice that follows nationally recognized standards of care.
What You’ll Do
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia for general surgery and obstetric procedures
- Support a caseload with a significant focus on spine procedures
- Complete pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and support safe recovery
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and operating room staff
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Texas RN and APRN licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with general, obstetric, and spine anesthesia preferred
Schedule & Coverage
- Monday through Friday
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- General and obstetric cases
- Approximately 50% spine procedures
- No cardiac or pediatric cases
