Job Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for managing the movement, organization, and handling of product cylinders, raw materials, and finished goods within warehouse and production areas. This role supports logistics operations by ensuring cylinders are properly prepared, staged, stored, and delivered while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Description

Manage the flow of product cylinders into production areas for filling and organize returned/prepared cylinders in storage areas.

Support logistics activities, including inventory management of raw materials, finished goods, cylinders, and operational supplies.

Organize gas pad inventory by customer, product type, and preparation status.

Identify cylinders based on orders and move them to designated filling areas.

Load and unload cylinders from trucks, storage areas, and freezer units.

Deliver completed products from production areas to storage locations or customer shipment areas.

Receive and process incoming raw materials and supplies.

Assist with loading dry ice into containment vessels for customer shipments.

Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

Replenish inventory bins, including raw materials, cylinders, safety supplies, and logistics materials.

Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain propane inventory records.

Properly secure loads using block and brace methods when required.

Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.

Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, or potential risks.

Follow all safety policies, including hazardous materials handling and critical safety procedures.

Understand and follow proper handling procedures for chemicals and compressed gases.

Employees are required to use appropriate PPE, including: Safety glasses, Steel-toe boots, Personal gas monitor, Leather, cut-resistant, and nitrile gloves, Protective coveralls or company-approved uniform
Skills Required

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders and perform physical material handling tasks.

Ability to work outdoors and in warehouse environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.

Must be medically cleared to operate a forklift.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience.

Experience handling compressed gases, chemicals, or hazardous materials preferred.

Forklift operation experience preferred.
Education

High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate

$20 - $24 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
